These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Amar WP Expert. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

Amar WP Expert provides: – Website templates (HTML and WordPress) – Managed WordPress hosting (monthly and annual plans) – Website setup, maintenance, and development services

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

2.1 Template Ownership

  • Template ownership is granted only after:
    • Completion of 12 months of hosting, or
    • Full payment of the template purchase price
  • If hosting is canceled before 12 months:
    • Template files and copyright are not transferred
    • Website files and licensed plugins are removed

2.2 Premium Plugins

  • Premium plugins are licensed and managed by Amar WP Expert
  • Plugin licenses remain active only while hosting is active
  • Plugins may be removed upon cancellation or non-payment

3. Payments & Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal
  • Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis
  • Annual plans are billed once per year
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

4. Refunds

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing our services, you agree to the refund rules outlined in that policy.

5. Monthly Development Time

  • Hosting plans include 2 hours per month of development time
  • Time may be used for updates, bug fixes, or small changes
  • Unused hours do not roll over
  • Additional hours are billed at $45/hour

6. Cancellations & Termination

  • Monthly plans may be canceled with 30 days’ notice
  • Annual plans are non-cancelable once the billing cycle begins
  • Upon cancellation, hosting access and licensed plugins are removed

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to: – Provide accurate and complete information – Maintain backups of your own content – Use services legally and ethically – Not host malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Amar WP Expert shall not be liable for: – Loss of profits or revenue – Business interruption – Data loss beyond provided backups – Third-party service failures

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid during the last billing cycle.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
