1. General Policy

We aim to be transparent and fair with our refund process. Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased and the duration of service usage.

All prices are listed in USD, and payments are processed securely via PayPal.

2. Template-Only Purchase (HTML ZIP File)

  • Template-only purchases are delivered as a downloadable HTML ZIP file

  • All template-only purchases are non-refundable once delivered

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds or exchanges are not possible

3. Template + Hosting (Annual Plan)

3.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Annual hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase

3.2 Early Cancellation (Before 12 Months)

If you cancel before completing 12 months:

  • Hosting usage is calculated at $69 per month (pro-rated)

  • Used hosting amount is deducted from the total paid

  • Remaining balance is refunded

  • Template ownership and copyright are NOT transferred

  • Website files, templates, and licensed plugins are removed

Example: If hosting is used for 30 days, $69 is deducted.

3.3 Completion of 12 Months

  • After completing 12 months of hosting, full template ownership is granted

  • Website and template files may be requested

4. Template + Hosting (Monthly Plan)

  • Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis

  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice

Ownership Terms

  • Template ownership is not included with monthly plans

  • Ownership is granted only after:

    • Completing 12 consecutive months, or

    • Paying the remaining amount equivalent to the annual template price

Refunds

  • Refunds apply only to unused service periods

  • If refunded, template ownership is not granted

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Template-only (HTML ZIP) purchases

  • Used hosting time

  • Custom development hours

  • Third-party fees (domains, paid services)

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Order ID or invoice number

  • Reason for refund request

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via PayPal.

7. Abuse & Policy Enforcement

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Fraud or chargeback abuse
